Python wrapper for HPDTC8

We knew that Sumant Oemrawsingh wrote a python wrapper for our HPTDC8 time to digital converter board a long time ago. However, we just now became aware that he made it available as open source. You can head over to GitHub and grab the code and start using your HPTDC8 with python:
